It was established in 2003 and operates according to the Certificate of Valuer of all valuation types, issued by the State Property Fund of Ukraine and License for Carrying out of Land-valuation, issued by the State Committee of Ukraine on Land Resources. Our experience on conducting expert valuation covers more than 1000 orders p.a., for some of them 3-12 thousand objects were valued within one contract. Implementation of innovations and software products developed by our specialists allow performing high quality valuation of big number of objects in all regions of Ukraine within tight time schedule, keeping acceptable price for our services. Results of object valuation are justified and presented professionally in our reports, which are in full compliance with the national and international standards of valuation. The qualification of our valuers is supported by the Certificates, the achievement certificate of the State Property Fund of Ukraine and the Government Agency of Land Resources of Ukraine and the Certificate of Registration in State Register of Valuers for all types of valuation.
